At 10:13 this morning 16/April/2018 received a call from local GoogleMyBusiness/Bing registries and a woman’s voice was encouraging to take action. What exactly was this call intended to sell but due to the high alerts on sophisticated ping mobile information theft I simply hang up and I encourage to do the same.
These type of calls aren’t a mistake if you recall I posted regarding a similar scam call a few weeks back where there was another call as such claiming to be Google or Bing.
These and other calls show systematic behavior. Seems that being a business owner these days is not only about doing business with customers and creating a world where companies and the customer develop a good lasting relationship, a type of “giving for giving” relationship where there are happy endings on both sides of the coin.
With all those scammers and scam calls business routine gets harder. It is of course how you choose to deal with the evilness. Succumb to your own fears and wounds or use that fear and pain and stamina to fight the bad forces. Telemarketers know how to sell and there are those who can help you make a decision if you wish to but these are salespeople. Then there are the ones who will force you and push you and even threaten you so you accept their offer. These are scammers.
Let’s not confuse them, shall we?
